Right-size the jet. Stop paying for seats you don't sit in.

The single biggest lever on charter price is aircraft class. Drag the trip length and watch what an oversized heavy jet costs you on a short hop versus the right-sized light jet — same safety bar, fraction of the price.

The cheap≠unsafe contract

Cheap is a strategy. Safety is a line we don't cross.

Part 135, every flight

Operated by FAA-licensed Part 135 carriers holding operational control. We never substitute a non-certificated operator.

ARGUS / Wyvern preferred

We prefer rated operators and surface rating data on every quote so you can see what you're flying on.

Broker under Part 295

Private JetOne is an air charter broker under 14 CFR Part 295 — not a direct air carrier. Transparency is the default.

3-option quotes, fast

Every request comes back with up to 3 aircraft options across classes, so you choose the price/size trade-off — not us.

02 — Empty-leg path

Catch a repositioning flight. Pay for fuel, not the empty sky.

When a charter aircraft repositions empty between assignments, you can buy the leg for a fraction of the standard charter price — same aircraft, same Part 135 operator, same safety bar. We match these in real time.

How empty legs actually work

An operator flies an aircraft empty to pick up its next paying customer. That empty leg would otherwise burn fuel with nobody aboard — so the operator will sell it cheap rather than fly it for nothing. The catch: timing and routing aren't fully flexible, and the leg can disappear if the upstream trip changes.

We don't pretend empty legs are guaranteed fares. What we do is scan the repositioning network continuously and surface matches that fit your route and dates. When one locks, you fly the same Part 135 aircraft at a fraction of the cost.

03 — Sample low charter quotes

What cheap charter actually looks like.

Indicative "from" estimates across the routes we quote every week. Right-size the aircraft and use flexible timing and these drop further; pair with an empty leg and they drop again.

05 — FAQ

The cheap-charter questions, answered straight.

Three levers, applied in order. First, we right-size the aircraft to the route — there's no reason to pay heavy-jet hourly rates on a 45-minute hop. Second, we use flexible timing, because shifting a departure by even an hour can unlock a cheaper repositioning option. Third, we aggressively match empty legs, where the operator would rather sell the leg cheap than fly it empty. Every option still comes from FAA Part 135 operators we vet.
No. Cheap never means unvetted. Every operator we use holds an FAA Part 135 certificate with operational control over the flight. We prefer ARGUS or Wyvern-rated operators and surface rating data on your quote, so you can see exactly what you're flying on. If we can't find a safe operator for the price, we tell you — we don't quietly downgrade the safety bar.
For short hops under about two hours, a light jet is comfortable, fast, and significantly cheaper than what most people book. You still get a pressurized cabin, club seating for 6–7, an enclosed lavatory, and a refreshment center. The trade-off is cabin height — you can't fully stand — so for legs of three hours or more we'll recommend stepping up to a midsize or super-midsize. The stepper tool above shows you exactly where the crossover is.
Yes, and we'll tell you up front. During high-demand windows — Super Bowl, F1 race weeks, Sundance, the Masters, major holidays like Thanksgiving and New Year's — airport slots tighten, aircraft availability drops, and pricing rises across the board. If your dates fall in a peak window we'll flag it on the quote, route you into reliever airports where it helps, and look for empty legs on the inbound or outbound repositioning to claw cost back.
Quotes are indicative and subject to aircraft availability — we don't pretend otherwise. To actually lock a price you place a hold or confirm a booking, at which point the operator commits the aircraft. Empty-leg and one-way pricing can move quickly because the underlying repositioning aircraft may be matched to another trip, so the moment you see a number that works, the fastest way to hold it is to confirm.
