Privacy Policy
Effective 9 October 2026.
The short version: what you send us is used to quote and arrange your flight, it goes only to the people needed to do that, and it is never sold.
1. Who looks after your request
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Cheap Jet Charter.
2. The details we keep
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
- The trip: airports, dates, passenger count and anything you type in the notes.
- Where you came from: the referring page and any campaign tags in the link, such as
utm_source.
The forms on Cheap Jet Charter never ask for card numbers, passport numbers or birth dates. If you book, the operator may need passenger names for its manifest, and we collect those separately at that point.
3. What we do with them
Three things: answer your request, arrange the flight if you book it, and, only if you ticked the offers box, send the occasional empty-leg or pricing email. Reply to any offer and ask us to stop, and they stop.
4. Who else sees them
The operating carrier that would fly you, plus the service providers we rely on to run quotes and bookings, such as email and web hosting. Each sees only what its part of the job needs, and your details are not for sale to anyone.
5. How long we hold them
For as long as it takes to quote, fly and support the trip, and to satisfy tax, accounting and legal record-keeping. After that the record is deleted or stripped of anything that points to you.
6. Your say over your data
Ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion: reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form, and tell us which you want. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to a data protection authority.
7. Cookies and tracking
None for analytics or advertising, and nothing beyond what is strictly needed to show the pages. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives the usual technical details of each page request.
8. Children
Cheap Jet Charter is for adults booking travel. We don’t knowingly take information from anyone under 16; a parent or guardian should request any trip for a minor.
9. Updates
When this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date.
