Terms of Use
Effective 9 October 2026.
These are the ground rules for using this website. Your flight itself is covered by a separate charter agreement, which you read and sign before anything is booked.
1. Who we are
Charter Jet One runs this website and the Cheap Jet Charter service. Cheap Jet Charter is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier: we do not own or operate aircraft, and the operator flying your trip keeps operational control of the aircraft from start to finish.
2. Numbers on this site are estimates
Hourly ranges, example costs, flight times and range-checker results give a general picture only. None of them is an offer, and a real quote for your trip may come in above or below them.
3. When a quote becomes a booking
- Nothing binds you, or us, until a charter agreement is signed. Before that point we tell you which operator will fly, and its details appear in the agreement.
- Every trip depends on the operator confirming aircraft, crew, airports and weather, so availability is never final until it does.
4. Taxes and fees
Our quotes list the taxes and fees we know about, such as the 7.5% federal excise tax on US domestic flights, per-passenger segment fees and international charges where they apply. Costs that only appear on the day, de-icing for example, are passed through as your charter agreement describes.
5. Changing or cancelling
Payment dates, change fees and cancellation charges come from your charter agreement, and those are the terms that count. Empty-leg flights can disappear if the operator’s original trip moves.
6. Fair use of the site
Use the site to research and request trips. Please don’t send fake requests, scrape it or try to break it. The words, design and photographs are protected, and the photographs are licensed.
7. Limits on our liability
We keep the information here as accurate as we can, but it comes without warranties and may be incomplete or out of date. As far as the law permits, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site or relying on its estimates, and where the law forbids a limit, no limit applies.
8. The law that applies
The law of the United States and the State of New York governs these terms and any dispute about them.
9. Revisions
We may revise these terms. Whatever version is posted here on the day you use the site is the one that applies.
